Yoga at Malilangwe
The seemingly endless wilderness surrounding our Malilangwe properties provides the perfect backdrop for yoga, enhancing feelings of mindfulness, serenity, and restoration. You can enjoy a custom 30 or 60-minute session with one of our on-site yoga instructors, or follow a self-guided sequence using the instructional card and yoga mat provided in your suite.
These sessions can be enjoyed in your suite, on the main lodge’s pool deck, in or outside the property’s fitness centre, or out in the bush, if conditions permit. Yin and Vinyasa sessions can be arranged upon request, and we cater to all experience levels.
