Fitness at Malilangwe House

The fitness centre at Malilangwe House has all the most up to date techno-gym equipment. The thatched centre has a lot of floor space to move around, for guests to do their own fitness regimes – surrounded by views of the dense bushveld.

Elliptical machines, treadmills, stationary bikes, rowing machines and a range of free weights are all available. The fitness centre offers the best of both worlds, the wide deck is used for outdoor fitness, there is a fitness bench and additional equipment – so you can be out in the fresh air during your workout. Or if it’s too warm on the veranda (midday temperatures can be quite high – especially during the Summer months), then opt to do your regular fitness routine in the cooler (air-conditioned) space, indoors.

The veranda is also used for yoga, stretching or a spot of mindfulness meditation. Please speak to our team if you have any special requirements regarding your workout schedule. The fitness centre is open to guests from early hours and into the early evening, so guests can pick the most suitable time.
